About British Columbia --
BC is a mature mining jurisdiction with an established mine code and a strong commitment to the Rule of Law. BC hosts a number of active and former mines and mills, as well as one of the largest lead/zinc smelters in North America. The province is often is serviced by an extensive network of paved roads, railways, low-cost grid electric power and other infrastructure. It also hosts a number of population centres that offer mine support and services, along with an experienced labour force.

Allen Leschert
Allen is a mining executive and former senior member of the Securities Bar in Vancouver, B.C. with over 35 years experience with public resource companies. He has pioneered a number of unique public company financing and transaction structures and has handled numerous public mining transactions, public listings, joint ventures, financings, corporate takeovers, mergers and acquisitions in Canada and around the world. Allen has been a director or officer of a number of TSX-V listed companies. He holds an LL.B from the University of Victoria and a B.Com. (with distinction) from the University of Alberta.

Malcom Fraser
Malcolm is an economic geologist who has been a practicing professional in the mining industry for over 50 years. He has worldwide experience with major mining groups including Falconbridge, Cominco, Noranda, McIntyre and Cypress; with knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous and precious metals in all phases of exploration, development, production, minerals and metals marketing and mining law. Over the past 20+ years, he has been a director, senior officer and member of audit, technical and compensation committees for a number of exploration and production TSX-V listed companies. He has degrees from Queens (B.Sc., Geological Engineering), Harvard (MA, Economic Geology) and Osgoode Hall (LL.B.).

Athon Bakker
Anthon is an experienced etrepreneur and manager who started and ran 7 successful companies prior to joining Armex. He has over 27 years experience in all aspects of business operations and holds a BSc from the University of Pretoria and an MBA from the University of South Africa

Christopher J. Wild
Chris is a Professional Engineer with over thirty-five years of experience in mining and mineral exploration in Canada, Africa, and South America. He worked for major mining companies including Noranda (Glencore) and Minnova (First Quantum) before becoming Chief Mine Geologist for Imperial Metals at Goldstream Mine, north of Revelstoke and then Mount Polley Mine near Williams Lake, both in BC. Subsequently, Mr. Wild spent 10 years exploring for and developing gold, bauxite, and uranium projects in West Africa before becoming Chief Geologist for KGHM’s Ajax Project near Kamloops, B.C. in 2013, Project Manager in 2016 and subsequently Area Geologist, North America. Mr. Wild holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, 1984 from the University of British Columbia.

Rod McElroy
Rod is a Senior Project metallurgist with 50 years of experience in all phases of metallurgical processing, research and development with major mining corporations and consulting engineering groups for a wide variety of metallic and non-metallic minerals recovery on more than 90 different projects in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and in the South Pacific. Mr. McElroy is the author of over 30 publications and holds 4 minerals recovery patents. Mr. McElroy holds degrees from The University of Alberta (B.Sc., Chemistry, Honours), McMaster University, Ontario (M.Sc., Materials Sciences) and The University of British Columbia (Ph.D., Hydrometallurgy).

Michael Patrina
Mike is a Professional Mining Engineer with over 30 years of expertise in operations, engineering, and project development. He is skilled at advancing open pit and underground projects whilst working responsibly with local stakeholders, First Nations communities, government, and investors to maximize project value. Played key roles in start-ups of three mines. Ensures operating, project, and contractor personnel are committed to safety and environmental performance. He has Latin American experience and is a Spanish speaker. Mike works directly for clients as an independent consultant or through Moose Mountain Technical Services. Mike holds a BaSc, 1983, in Mining Engineering from Queens University and a MBA, 2000, from Athabasca University.

Gordon Gibson, P. Geo
Gordon has over 43 yrs experience in mineral exploration and resource estimation on VMS deposits. Gordon has focused much of his career on the Goldstream Mine and has conducted a number of exploration programs and authored multiple reports on the Goldstream Mine during that time He hold a B.Sc. (Honors), Geological Sciences from UBC.
